TONIGHT IN LAS VEGAS

Planet Hollywood headliner Murray Sawchuck takes his magic to Starbright Theater in Summerlin for his fourth-annual charity to benefit Friends for Life Humane Society and Rockin’ 4 Rescues. Joining Murray onstage: Co-stars April and Lefty; comedian Lenny Windsor (“Benny Hill”); new Las Vegas all-female electric-brass group Electra Brass; vocalists Kaci Machacyk and Michael Shapiro; “Shark Tank” magicians Jarrett & Raja; and juggler Steve August (Comedy Central).

The final four performances of Nevada Ballet Theatre’s “The Nutcracker” begin at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts with shows Thursday, Friday and Christmas Eve.

TOMORROW IN LAS VEGAS

Budweiser’s team of beautiful Clydesdales trot into South Point Pavilion for its annual Christmas visit, which means free beer, hot chocolate and candy canes from Santa Claus ahead of the holiday weekend.

Dennis Bono welcomes his wife, former Lt. Gov. Lorraine Hunt-Bono, to the lineup of his holiday show at South Point with singers Clint Holmes, Frankie Scinta, Reva Rice and Lou Gazzara; “Magic of Motown” stars Gregg Austen and Second Wind; and comedian Dennis Blair.

And I depart for Santa Barbara, Calif., for a family Christmas, but we’ll be back Boxing Day (Monday) before New Year’s Eve to gear up for concerts, parties, fireworks and more.
